1. Publisher and contact
Bridge-Day is published by MFHF01, Bangladesh. Questions about these terms can be sent to fahadhossainfaysal@gmail.com.
2. Using Bridge-Day
By accessing or using Bridge-Day, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. You are responsible for making sure your use follows the laws and workplace rules that apply to you.
Bridge-Day is a holiday-calendar and leave-planning aid. It calculates possible breaks from the country, calendar year, workweek, and leave settings you choose. You remain responsible for checking the results before acting on them.
3. Free access and accounts
As of the date above, Bridge-Day is free to use and does not require an account or profile. The current app does not offer paid plans and does not display advertising. We may change the service in the future; if we introduce a feature that changes these terms, we will update this page before or when that feature becomes available.
4. Holiday information and planning results
Holiday dates and categories are provided for general planning. Calendar files are attributed in the app to the Open-Source Python-Holidays Library. A date may be estimated, changed by a government or religious authority, observed differently by a region, or missing from a calendar. A listed holiday may not be a day off for your employer, and a holiday that matters to you may not be listed.
The optimizer uses the data available for the selected country and year and the settings on your device. It cannot confirm your employment terms, workplace calendar, leave balance, or whether a leave request will be approved. Check dates with official sources and confirm leave with your employer before booking travel or making commitments. Bridge-Day does not guarantee a particular number of days off or a successful leave request.
5. Your settings and device
Your workweek, language, leave budget, days-off target, and break limit are saved in local browser or device storage so the app can remember them. Keep your device secure and clear its site or app data if you want to remove those settings and cached calendars.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Bridge-Day to break the law, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass its security, overload its calendar service, or access data or systems without authorization. Do not misrepresent the calendar output as an official government or employer notice.
7. Service changes and availability
We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Bridge-Day, including calendar data and supported features. The service depends on your device, network, and third-party calendar hosting, so uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may not be able to provide a calendar for every country or year at all times.
8. Ownership and third-party material
Bridge-Day’s name, interface, and original app materials belong to MFHF01 or their respective rights holders. Holiday data and third-party services remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective providers. The app’s attribution to the Open-Source Python-Holidays Library does not mean that the library’s maintainers operate or endorse Bridge-Day.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Bridge-Day is provided for general information and planning, on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MFHF01 makes no promise that the service or calendar data will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MFHF01 is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an inaccurate or outdated calendar, an employer’s decision, a missed or changed holiday, or an interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Continued use after a change takes effect means you use the updated service subject to the revised terms, where the law allows.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
