Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Bridge-Day processes, where it is stored, and how to contact the publisher about privacy.

Updated 25 October 2026 · MFHF01 · Bangladesh

1. Who is responsible

Bridge-Day is published by MFHF01 in Bangladesh. For privacy questions or requests, email fahadhossainfaysal@gmail.com. This policy covers the Bridge-Day website and app as they work on the date above.

2. No account or profile

Bridge-Day does not ask you to create an account or profile. The app does not send your leave budget, workweek, language choice, days-off target, break limit, or calculated plan to the publisher’s server. Break suggestions are calculated on your device from the calendar data and settings you select.

3. Information kept on your device

Bridge-Day saves the language, normal working days, annual leave budget, days-off target, and maximum number of breaks you choose in local browser or device storage. It also caches holiday calendars locally so a previously loaded calendar can be shown when the network is unavailable. The app keeps up to 24 calendar caches and may remove older ones when making room.

The selected country and year are used while the app is open and are not saved as account data. You can remove local settings and cached calendars by clearing the browser’s site data or the app’s storage on your device. Clearing storage also removes the settings the app remembers.

4. Calendar requests

To show the years available for a country, Bridge-Day contacts a third-party calendar-hosting service using that country’s two-letter code. It then requests the selected calendar file using the country code and year. The calendar service can therefore receive the selected country and year. Calendar files contain holiday information, not your saved leave settings or personal plan.

Like other internet services, the calendar host and systems that carry the request may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, browser or device details, and request headers to deliver and protect the service. Bridge-Day does not receive a personal account record from these calendar requests. The calendar host processes requests under its own privacy practices.

5. Website hosting and analytics

The Bridge-Day website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical connection and request information, such as IP address, request time, browser or device details, and request headers, to deliver, secure, and improve the website. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy practices.

The current Bridge-Day app code does not include an advertising SDK, advertising features, or an analytics service. It does not sell personal information or use app-controlled advertising or analytics cookies. It does use browser or device storage for the settings and calendar cache described above.

6. Why information is processed and when it is shared

Local settings are used to remember your choices and calculate break suggestions. Country and year are used to retrieve the matching calendar. The publisher does not operate a user database for these settings. A third-party calendar-hosting provider processes calendar requests, and Cloudflare processes website requests needed to deliver and protect the site. Information may also be disclosed if required by law or needed to protect the service and its users.

7. Storage location and retention

Your app settings and calendar cache stay in browser or device storage until you clear them or the browser or operating system removes them. Calendar files are hosted by a third-party calendar service selected by the publisher. Cloudflare and the calendar provider determine their own infrastructure locations and technical-log retention under their respective configurations and policies; the publisher does not control or promise a particular processing region or log-retention period.

8. Security

Calendar requests use HTTPS. No internet transmission or local device can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information through Bridge-Day; it has no feature that needs it.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can change saved settings in the app or clear them from your browser or device storage. Because Bridge-Day does not keep a user profile or copy your plan to a publisher database, there is no server-side profile for the publisher to retrieve or delete. If you contact us, we will receive the email address and message you send and use them to answer and handle your request.

You may contact us to ask about information associated with a privacy request or to exercise rights available under the laws that apply to you. We may need enough information to understand and respond to the request. Do not email sensitive information unless it is necessary.

10. Children

Bridge-Day has no account registration and does not ask users to submit personal details to use its planning features. Parents or guardians should supervise children’s use of internet-connected devices and contact us if they believe a child has sent personal information to the publisher by email.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Bridge-Day’s data practices or service providers change. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. If a future version adds accounts, advertising, analytics, or another material data practice, this policy will be revised to describe it.
